    The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore’s national land-use planning and conservation authority. This agency sets the land zoning guidelines for each building, which in turns guide the type of business that can operate on the property.

    Most of our properties are located within mature neighbourhoods which means F&B establishments nearby. Our industrial spaces also come with security, season parking, loading bays, goods lift and dedicated property management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
    We have a wide range of industrial spaces available for rent that are strategically located in established industrial estates and business parks, well-connected by major transportation modes. These properties are usually near residential estates, providing tenants an easy access to a skilled and educated workforce.

    Depending on the nature of their activities, clean and light industries are allowed in Business 1 (B1) zone. General and special industries are to be located in Business 2 (B2) zone. The National Environment Agency (NEA) would require a 50m nuisance buffer from a B1 zone to the surrounding area while a 100m nuisance buffer is required from a B2 zone to the surrounding area.
